God lies

Have your cake and destroy it too

God will keep the earth forever
- Eccles l:4

but will destroy it
- 2 Peter 3:l0

Strobe light?

He lives in dazzling light
- l Timothy 6:l5-l6

Yet he lives in darkness
- l Kings 8:l2

Know-it-all? Maybe he just plays dumb

God is supposedly omniscient
- Matt 6:4,8

yet this god has a history of not knowing things

He encounters his arch enemy, satan and doesn't even recognize him
- Job 1:6-7

can't find the only two humans on earth
- Gen 3:9

nor later, abel in
- Gen 4:9,10

Look at me, look at me, look at me...

He has never been seen
- John l:l8

and is invisible
- l Timothy 6:l5-l6

BUT if anyone does see this invisible god, he or she will die
- Ex 33:20

<<>>Ooohhh... Hey! wait a minute. <<>>

Turns out, he was seen numerous times and the witnesses lived to tell the story
- Gen 32:30, Amos 9:l, Isa 6:l, Deut 5:24

He even -I'm not making this up!- bared his ass to moses

Further, we hear that "the lord spake unto moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend."
- Ex 33:11

Got change for a dollar?

God never changes
- Malachi 3:6

But does frequently change his mind and even regrets openly what he's done
(this is commonly referred to as repenting, for the rest of us)
- Gen 6:6,7, Ex 32:l4, l Sam l5:35, Amos 7:3, 2 Sam 24:l6, l Chron 21:l5, Ezek 24:l4, Isaiah 54:7,
Jer l8:8,l0, 26:3,l3,l9, 42:l0, Joel 2:l3, Num 25:11

Remember though — god never repents
- Numbers 23:l9, l Sam 15:2

Again, just do as I say!

Redrum, redrum

God forbids killing
- Ex 20:13, Ex 23:7

God commands killing
- Ex 32:27, 1 Sam 15:3, Ezek 9:5,6, Gen 17:9-14 et al.

God actually commits murder himself
- Ex 7:3-4,13,14, 10:1-20,
Gen 6:5,7, 7:23, Num12:9, et al.

Now, remember; god never urges man to do wrong nor does he ever do "wrong" himself
(see references to, For god so loved the world? for many instances of unprovoked or at the very least unwarranted, cold-blooded murder of his own defenseless children &emdash whatta guy, whatta god.)

- Romans 15:33

Sounds tempting...

God never tempts any man
- James 1:13

God tempts abraham
- Gen 22:1
