The prophesied anointed one was to be born "of the fruit of his (david's) loins"
- Acts 2:30

Jesus to come from david's seed (semen)
- Romans 1:3

Jesus claims he is the root of david
- Revelation 22:16

And yet jesus was born of a virgin
(no "seed" at all- even if the myth is true it was god's seed- not david's)
- Matt 1:18

Jesus' genealogy in the new testament only relates to joseph who supposedly had nothing to do with the conception.
- Matt 1:1-16, Luke 3:23-38

Mary was related to elizabeth who was of the Aaronic line
- Luke 1:5, 36

For those of you playing along at home, you'll remember that Aaron was of the Levi tribe, but david was of Judah.
This clearly shows that, with virgin birth, davidic descent is prevented.

Thus, he cannot fulfill both virgin birth and Davidic heritage needed to prove his claim according to Jewish prophecy.

I find it very interesting that Mathew and Luke's recounting of the lineage are so wildly different (a huge contradiction), and yet both start with david and come to joseph who is not a blood relative of jesus. Hmmmm.
